Fun Christmas Gift Wrapping On A Budget

Since the move from Indiana to Florida I've had boxes and boxes filled with moving paper. (I couldn't just throw it all away, could I?)  So this year for Christmas I decided to try to use up some of my moving paper supply by wrapping all my gifts with it.  The used, wrinkly paper gave texture to the gifts, while the light color gave them simplicity.  I then used burlap and other light colored patterned fabrics along with any string, yarn, and buttons I could find to give each gift its own unique appearance.  Lastly, I finished each gift with a stamped To and From tag.  Not only was this a fun way to give all my Christmas gifts, but it also saved money since all the supplies were found around my home.

I added a strip of burlap as a tree skirt to accent the gifts while showing them off under my tree.
